I purchased 2 sets of these. I like them as they are bright but within 2-3 years, the clear plastic lens will yellow and reduce the light output. Calling Malibu is no help but I did fix the problem. Do a web search for plastic lenses with uv protection. I found a site that made eyeglass lens blanks that were seconds (rough edges) for about 50 cents each. Take out the original yellowed lens, slip in the new lens (flat or concave) and they have been clear for over 2 years. The original batteries are still working on my units for 4-5 years. Solar collector is still clear also. Good buy but Malibu should put in better uv resistant lenses or make them available.
