Ron Ben-Israel is a pastry chef, sugar artist and owner of 'Ron Ben-Israel Cakes'. Since opening Ron Ben-Israel Cakes in SoHo, his cakes have been a favorite among celebrities and the style-conscious, including some of the city's premier hotels. His delicate and elegant cakes were first discovered when they were displayed in Mikimoto's window in New York City.
I have never seen such beautiful creations and combination of elegance, style and artistry!!
