I always try to keep lemons around the house for baking, cooking, fresh squeezed lemonade or fresh juice in my tea.

Helps you clean up (grind spent lemons in your garbage disposal to clean, or put in a bowl of water to steam clean your microwave), make dressing, add zest to veggies before cooking, squeeze a bit in chicken dishes to add depth of flavor and brightness. Add to broccoli. Great for gluten/yeast free diets to add back flavor.
