Everybody's talking about The Secret, the DVD and book are best-sellers, there's a web site and a lot of hype but the big question is "What's so secret about The Secret?" Many of us know about the laws of attraction, that if we are grateful for all that we have and think positively, then good things will come our way. We know the power of visualisation and that, at least to a very large degree, our destiny is determined by ourselves. And we have some sense of universal energy and how our actions can impact upon that. Eastern religions and philosophies in particular espouse the notion that each element of creation is connected to the next, so that whatever we think, say or do in some way affects everything around us.
