This is good device to save papers since it would hold the paper towel in place (no unravels) when you are trying to tear a sheet. One-handed operation is useful when you are cooking or when your hands are dirty or wet. Well, most of the time when I need a paper towel is when my hands are wet or dirty. So not touching the unused portion of paper towel or the dispenser helps maintaining sanitary and preventing cross-contamination of germs. I will use one of this. Where can I get one?

For the truly lazy, an automatic paper towel dispenser. Although this will probably come in useful when you don't want to get your paper towel dispenser dirty. (via Gizmodo)
