This is a fantastic, easy to store, brilliant way to improve muscular strength, endurance, posture, blood circulation, co-ordination etc. Have had it for over a year and it is used very frequently. There are so many different exercises you can do with it to work every muscle of the body. Was a little dubious about it at first but can highly recommend it. It is made in Finland!
