Awesome does not begin to describe this creation. Albeit expensive but definitely worth it. It is the most advanced hybrid solar charger out on the market for consumers. The magnesium solio can charge phones, ipods, blackberry phones, PDAs and much much more. It's is considered a universal charger because it can connect and charge with any of these items. The best part of all, it's a hybrid charger. The Solio stores power for a year if unused, but the coolest thing is how it gets that power. The new battery and efficient solar panels allow it to either draw energy straight from the sun and need no other power source or and nighttime can be charged through a power outlet with electricity! Although a bit pricey, this item defiantly is a keeper for those who need that emergency charge for that last song or video on the ipod they didn't charge the night before, that extra call on the cell the forgot to charge, etc. It's a handy do hickey and is very small and easily portable, once again the word awesome fails to capture it's greatness. I never have to worry about running out of battery power again as long as the sun's out. Plus, the Solio will hold a charge for up to a year. (via Jason Levine)
