I like this product and found myself reaching for it regularly...but I did find that I had to go easy on it...just a teensy dab is enough for my whole head of hair--and I've got a ton of thick dreads. I put it on when my hair is almost completely dry.

The gloss really softened up my dread ends which often become brittle and frizzy. An added plus is that it gives an absolutely gorgeous aroma. This kept my locs smooth and supple with a nice sheen, without looking greasy or attracting dust which can sometimes happen with some products (via Palacinka)
