This liqueur is divine! Perfectly mature, then macerated Alsatian Williams Pears blended with Brillet Cognac (apparently 22 lbs. of pears go into each bottle!). The result is enchanting; delicate peach blossom nose, smooth on the palate. Delicious neat or topped into sparkling wine. Wow.
