When visiting my mom at Christmas and was trapped in her kitchen I realized that I needed to get a new peeler. My left-handed husband had many problems with the dull blade and design of her all-purpose peeler. When I saw this wide ceramic peeler I knew I had to buy it! The ultra-sharp and wide ceramic blade makes it easy to shave and peel just about everything! From vegetables to cheeses and chocolates this peeler can do it all and because it's ceramic it retains its sharp edge up to ten times longer than regular steel.
