A very cool design kit for kids!
From the MetKids site:
Aspiring architects will have hours of enjoyment creating their own blueprints and building reusable 3-D architectural models with this kit. The set includes nine room templates, six large pieces of tracing paper, three furniture guides, walls and blocks, peel-and-stick doors and windows, an acrylic work mat, and four colored pencils.
