I use the French Vanilla Silk Creamer in my coffee every morning. It's delicious, creamy and most importantly...non-dairy. Don't get me wrong, I'm actually not lactose intolerant, I just don't like milk. However, I prefer to "whiten" and flavor my coffee this way. It also has 1/3 less fat, 40% less sugar and 40% fewer calories than your typical non-dairy creamer. There is no cholesterol and get this...they use 100% WIND POWER to make their products.
