This is a great book about a girl who leaves her Alabama hometown, making God promise that if she swears to be celibate and quit drinking, he will never make her go back there, or reveal her dark secret.....

As circumstances have it she's forced to go back and the story behind her secret is brought back to light.

Great story with lots of twists and turns, love, humor - also extremely well written.
