This album is strange, atmospheric, and absolutely awesome. Not as popy as previous Lips albums, but it's freaky and psychedelic in all the right ways. I actually find it really good to do yoga to (just skip Yoshimi part 2...)

I know they will always be known for She Don't Use Jelly. But, even past that, a lot of you have moved on to explore the later and completely different styles of the lips. For me, this is the top of the line for them, completely fun and always a joy to sing-a-long to.

This was/ is such a fun album! Its got an electronic pop sound. Take a listen. "Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots pt. 1" "Ego Tripping at the Gates of Hell" "Are You A Hypnotist??" "Do You Realize??"

I went to one of those mega concert and the Flaming Lips were one of the bands. It was amazing - with Santa Claus, Aliens, dozens of huge balls bouncing around in the audienc, paper flying, and huge projection screens. By far the most weird and most entertaining concert ever. If you get a chance attend a Flaming Lips Concert it is not like any other.
