Laugh all you want, this is a bad ass phone for one reason: a battery that gives you a month of standby time and between 30-50 hours of talk time.
Seriously folks, with a battery life that long, I'd rock the damn thing, regardless of how big and bulky it is. It does come with a svelte carry case, so you can strap the brick around your waist as you travel.
Granted this phone is only available in China (and thus the red star), but it's not a bad industrial device. It runs on GPRS/GSM, has an LCD flashlight, and a microSD card slot, just enough wiz-bang to keep it current without killing the battery.
Who am I kidding...who here would ever use a phone like this. :P
