The Expedit bookcase by Ikea. So many cubbies. So much stuff. I like that it allows me to put all my books, dvds, magazines, cds, photos, knick knacks and brickabracks in one centralized place, eliminating clutter all over my apt.

The IKEA EXPEDIT bookcase is one of those inexpensive basics for your home. Available in multiple sizes, it also functions as a room divider. I purchased a white 58" for our home office/craft room.

I have this and use it as a catch-all display. We put candles on the top (or decorations for holidays), books, magazines, sculptures, and more in the actual cubbies. We laid ours horizontally and it was fairly easy to put together and more stable than most other Ikea furniture.

this thing is awesome. My reccomendation is to use epoxy or glue when you put it together or they start to get the "IKEA Wobbles". As the particle board starts to get weak around the dowels holing them together you can push them and they'll wobble from side to side.

I have one already in my crafting room and will be buying another soon. It is easy to assemble and holds a ton of stuff. I got the plastic bins to use for smaller items. Perfect for anyroom!

I have the Expedit in the dark chocolate color and I LOVE it! We have moved and I have assembled and disassembled it 3 times, it is super easy and looks great. Can't beat the price either!

I just finished my new scrapbook/craft room and I bought two of these for storage (one small and one large). Awesome storage and my 12"x12" scrapbooks fit perfectly. Best investment I ever made, I love the Expedits. They were fairly easy to put together, only took me about 2 1/2 hours for both units. A tip on assembly though is to make sure you have a rubber mallet handy. You can set the wood pegs a lot faster and easier and you won't cause any damage to your new shelf. I am not a "handyman" and was a little intimidated at first with all the parts and pieces, so trust me....if I can do it, anyone can!
