Wireless digital photo frame with 7" screen.

You can e-mail any JPEG or BMP photo to the frame (maybe with your cell phone), or add one or more flickr RSS feed: as new photos are posted, they show up on the frame.

If you install a CF or SD card with photos into the frame these will go into rotation along with any photos received via e-mail or flickr photo feeds.

Perfect gift for your geek Grandma! (via missmac.net)

I don't know why it took till 2007 for someone to make this, but it's here, and it's pretty good. eStarling frames are simple yet attractive digital screens with wide-screen proportions. They can display any digital photos you took by inserting your memory card into the frame, but that's not the cool part.

The frames are all equipped with Wi-Fi radios. When you register them online, you get a unique and private email address. Send any photo, even from your cellphone, to this address, and see it pop up on the frame.

Additionally, you can setup your frame to display all pictures from your account at many popular social-photo sites such as flickr, photobucket, etc.

This is an excellent gift for parents and grandparents - let them see the latest developments of their little treasures :)

Digital photo frames allow us to go directly from shooting to displaying our photos with no messy meatspace-based printed version needed. The eStarling 2.0 Wi-Fi Photo Frame takes this concept to the next level by connecting to your local Wi-Fi network and allowing you to send photos to it via e-mail or RSS photo feed.

Digital Frames is something that I have been WAY OUT OF THE LOOP on...but this one sure has some snazzy specs that would tempt me to pick one up to try out.

It's a 7" widescreen frame featuring

- 480x234 res
- 802.11 b/g
- WEP
- four-in-one multicard reader
- Web 2.0 features such as RSS feeding Flickr photos

That's pretty cool. (via Engadget)

Lists that feature this:
