You can't go putting any old plastic light on your vintage bike. Also, you can get a ticket, at least in LA, for not having a light on your bike. Best to throw down the Franklin and avoid being "that biker" who's been pulled over on her commute home. Trust me on this one.

Few bicycles have the audacity to pull this off, but those who can are hailed glorious by all other bicyclers. There is no doubt that a bullet headlight is the coolest accessory you can own. -- I think it'd look great on my '71 Schwinn.
