I purchased this Kettler elliptical from Kingsofcardio.com and everything was great. Customer service, sales, and most of all the shipping. They had it set up in my house for free! (It did take 3 weeks though). If you ever need service you can call them and actually talk to somebody live 1 on 1 on the phone. That was pretty cool. Overall.... 8 out of 10!
