This is a cross training treadmill in the truest sense. Don't be fooled by the fact that it only goes up to 5 MPH. With this treadmill, that's plenty. The incline on this machine goes up to 50%, which seems monsterous when you get up there. And it has a decline of -5%, yep, that's minus 5%. Walking on a decline works an entirely different set of muscles. It comes with 20 preset courses. I've used a cross training treadmill before, and it is the best cardio workout I've ever gotten. I loved it!

chicka bow wow! this treadmill got the burn a burnin and the sex a sexin! woohoo! this here piece of equipment changed my life! the incline gives me quite the lift! and sometimes me n my pool boy, heraldo, get to inclining together! what a workout!
