I just remembered today that Mr. Bojangles is one of my all time favorite songs. This album, however, claimed it "bridged the gap between Walker's involvement in the '60s folk movement and his later progressive country years in the early '70s." Being only vaguely familiar with his other work, I'll just say this -- this album is worth owning.
