I received one of these Sprinkles cupcake mixes as a ThisNext Maven gift, and I seriously cannot wait to bake them. Usually I bake from scratch, but I fell in love with the packaging and was delighted to get the Lemon flavor. How did FashionKitty know that I'm a citrus lover!

I made these cupcakes tonight and they are insanely delicious! The cake came out light as a feather and even though i used a little less sugar for the buttercream icing, it was over the top amazing. Highly recommended!

I've scrutinized a LOT of cupcake places and I have to say that San Francisco based Sprinkles was a cut above the rest (even Magnolias). To the cupcake lover's delight they sell various flavors of their cupcake mix. Perfect as gift. (via William Sonoma)
