This is NOT the Disney movie. This is a beautiful version of the classic story told by the avant-garde genius Jean Cocteau. Take the plunge. Find this and watch it - you'll thank yourself everyday after. Beautiful, dark, romantic and surreal, only the French know how to make this sort of audacious film and make it seem absolutely natural. Don't be a wuss. So it's black and white and it's subtitled - you'll forget both once Cocteau casts his spell on you.
