FOR SUSTENANCE: I usually have these in the house. When I am writing, I drink pots of tea and have loads of snacks. (see also FOR READING) Banana Walnut bars and Deep Chocolate muffin tops are tasty.
How in the heck can you beat 12 grams of fiber? Well, you could make it not taste like what comes out of my paper shredder! Gnu bars are awesome and they taste great. The banana walnut just happens to be my favorite. I actually have to hide them from the kids!
