A serious conversation piece. These high tide heels by Australian designer Lisa Carney (genius) are amazing. With a substantial high heel in the back and a tight fit around the ankle, these would probably sell pretty well for ready to wear, if it wasn't for the massive flipper attached to the toe! Perfect for any occasion. Especially flooding.
