This olive oil is not only grown organically, but also supports Palestinian farmers who are working to promote peace between Jewish and Palestinian residents in Israel. I read an article written by a Jewish women, who was promoting this olive oil because of the bridges of peace that it was helping to build. And the best part is it is an authentic, absolutely delicious olive oil!
