The 7 day history lets you check out your week of exercise, and it also has a 42 day memory so you can upload past workouts to your PC.

The pedometer resets at midnight automatically so it's ready to go every morning.

It is powered by a replaceable lithium battery (CR2032) that will last six months when used for walking 10,000 steps a day. The pedometer also includes PC software for Windows 2000 or XP, which keeps track of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly progress

This pedometer is awesome because you can throw it in your purse and it will accurately measure your steps! You can still clip it on your belt, of course, but it makes it easier to tie in with your ensemble when it stays in your purse. It tracks all steps, calories, distance, and functions as a large display watch - and can even be hooked up to your computer via USB to track monthly and yearly progress. 10,000 steps a day guys!
