I have two sets of these fun Hanging Garden Planters @Potterybarn.com and love them! We suspend them from the eaves of our ranch deck and it ends up being a beautiful piece of spring and summer "art work".

Babylon's got nothing on this clever idea. This would be perfect for my herb garden (which I kill and have to completely replant every time I ever attempt to have an herb garden), to keep it safe from snails and other ground based plant eaters. Plus it could help block a less than stellar view. Too bad I moved upstairs and no longer have an overhang area from which to suspend this.
