I've gone through the Treo 600, the 650...and now I'm all set with the Blackjack. Besides a horrid battery life (gotta go buy the extended battery), for someone running Good Technology push email, this one is pretty darn good. The best feature on this is the Blackberry-like scroll wheel. Since I've never used a Crackberry, I wasn't aware of the wonder of this wheel. But the combination of the wheel with a full keyboard, a tiny lightweight device, a great speaker, and a version of Windows Mobile that actually works has made me a convert. Installation of Java apps is a bit of a problem, though I won't bore you with details...but there are plenty of hacks that make them useable.

Who can resist a bj?!? :) I've always loved the blackjack's form factor, but I was not very impressed with the GUI. That is until I installed Good Mobile Messaging. With the Good overlay, the home page on the bj is a lot cleaner and more functional. What else do I love about the bj: Great screen resolution, XM radio, and did I say I love the form factor?

The package now includes an extended battery and back cover to support it, so we'll see how well the standard battery lasts vs. the Treo 750.
