  I don't have this particular recumbant, but I love the one I have (it looks just like this). It's a great workout for your legs and really gets me sweating and my heart pumping. I have some hip and knee issues so this is really great when I can't do a fast power walk, or a step workout. I also like it because you can read your favorite book or watch tv while excercising! Getting more than two things done at once. Oh it's also good if you just want to be in the room with your kids while they are playing, watching, tv, etc and they can see you there.
