Finally off my wish list and on to my counter! It's even better than I thought.

Both my husband and I are in love with this sweet little Griddler from Cuisinart. It has significantly cut down on the cook time for breakfast, pancakes and bacon, or french toast, the larger surface when opened up completely lets me cook more at one time instead of having to heat up several pans on the stove. It has also been used to grill steaks, burgers, and chicken breast, along with make paninis ( our absolute favorites!) I love the ease in which it can be used and my husband enjoys the fruits of my labor with this as well as the ease of which it can be cleaned. My only regret is that I have not had this machine a lot longer ;)

This is another item my brother-in-law gave me one Christmas. As usual, he picks the best gifts! This is great for making panninis, grilling meats, poultry and seafoods. Extremely easy to clean, just remove the pans and wash with soap. This serves not only as a grill but if you open the lid and switch pans you will have a griddle as well.
