What a great book! Not many folks can take a complaint letter and turn it into a 192 page book...one that I did not want to put down. Main character Bennie Ford is thoroughly unloveable yet strangly likeable. Darkly funny, Miles' writing is a real treat. Add this to your reading list this summer.
