Peak uses organic hops and barley to create delicious seasonal brews (my favorite)! Based in Oregon, their boxes feature pictures that people send in of their "peak" moments. Visitors on the site vote on their favorite, which is then used on the next season's packaging. Pretty cool!

All of Peak Organics brews live up to their name. The company use only organic hops and barley to create three ales: pale, nut brown and amber.

I've always enjoyed the Oregon micros, so this one being organic to boot is surely worth a try. Thanks!
