I am enamored with Nanette Lepore whimsical designs! Unmistakably feminine but with a cool twist that gives you the opportunity to experiment and create endless variations. Take this military inspired chic dress. It's a stylish take on the Sgt. Pepper's epaulets without crossing into the cartoon-ish exaggeration. Flirty tassels add the frivolous element. I would toughen this dress up with Frye slouchy cognac boots.
