This chocolate maker, based in the Bay Area makes delicious concoctions like Hazelnut-candied orange peel bars, and the most addictive chocolate covered roasted almonds. His packaging is elegant and colorful so you just bring out his chocolates for a dessert at a dinner party and not bake anything.

I love that he's a local (to San Francisco) boy, but even more I love that the chocolates are use organic ingredients. Guilt-free indulgence!
