Sabotage the Manhattan Project and cause World War 3 -- ultimately allowing the evolution of sentient cockroaches. Collect a live brontosaurus from 149 Million BC (her name is Emily). It can be expanded with the small "Lost Identities" pack and it can also be combined with Early American Chrononauts to create a massive ÜberChrononauts game. Or you can play cut-down games either in small groups or solo.
