Sports Authority - Harbinger Leather Trigger Jump Rope
A recommendation by smorrow

Jumping rope is old school but effective. Nothing gets my heart pumping better. And I find it's good for arm, legs, and core muscles. Plus, it's the easiest thing to take on the road when traveling.

I like the leather jump ropes better because boxers use them. If you have ever watched a good boxer jump rope, it is very impressive. People who are interested in cardiovascular training as well as improving their athletic performance, should try a leather jump rope. Leather ropes are also easier to do crossed arms jumps with. This rope is good because you can adjust the length.
