Nothing means the start of a new year like the purchase of a brand new, crisp, clean, completely blank Moleskine weekly planner. Though the Italian company calls itself "The legendary notebook of Hemingway, Picasso, and Chatwin", it actually opened in 1996, and fashions its notebooks after Chatwin's descriptions of his beloved notebook (which were produced in France). Nonetheless, with the week on the left and room for notes on the right, a large pocket in the back, a ribbon bookmark for easy access to the current date, and that signature oilcloth cover and elastic closure, it is the closest thing I've found to a perfect weekly planner (I turn mine sideways to view the week landscape-style). ($10.45 at MoleskineUS) (via ThisNext Blog)

Moleskine products are the best of the best and the Weekly Planner is meant for people like me. Serious Planners. So if you like to have a nice sleek, classy way of penciling in all those appointments (or manicures), the Moleskine Weekly Planner is for you.

Assignment, appointments, due dates, and the list goes on. Keep everything in order with the weekly planner. It will keep you on track and on top of all the things going on in your life.

The Weekly Planner is one is my favourite Moleskine's notebooks. I think it´s extremely useful to have a diary sheet on one side and a sheet to take notes on the other. I´m using the 2008 version and I´d like to have another one next year.

The most perfectly designed planner ever! The days of the week on the left and blank lines on the right for scheduling and listing on a week by week basis. Brilliant!

I have been a Molekine freak since I discovered them a few years ago, and I will never use another planner. Last year I used the Red pocket version of this planner, which was awesome because it was RED, but unfortuntely I found I just had so much shite going on in my life that I needed a bigger version. So this year: success!

I like having a week-to-a-view planner so I know exactly what's going on, and I LOVE (do I use that word too often?) having the full page on the right for scribbles and reminders and weekly to-do lists. The soft cover is all nice and tactile and you can shove it in your bag and not worry too much about it.

This planner is tops, 5 xo's
