I think this is the best cookbook ever, especially since I LOVE Trader Joe's. This book teaches you how to put together simple but tasty meals with all the ingredients you can find at your local TJ's.

I hear from a lot of people - "I love Trader Joe's, but can I actually cook a decent meal with all of these pre-packaged goods?". I'm just kidding, actually, I never hear that.
