I run on these almost every day. The price is on the high end, but I find them unparalleled for lightweight comfort and support. Saucony claims that they keep your feet close to 82 degrees using a new technology called comfortemp. I haven't thrown a thermometer in there, but I have to say I've used these in all weather conditions and have been pretty amazed with the results. One day I was actually at the Grand Canyon after a snow storm with only these in my bag. I hiked for miles around the rim and they felt great.
They are damn slick too.
If you are serious about running (and willing to splurge), I say go for it, you won't be dissapointed. If you can't justify spending upwards of $150 on running shoes, then go for something else in the Saucony family. My only complaints with these are that they run about a half size small (had to return and get a half size up), and the way they are laced out of the box (lace ends pointing inward, so I changed it up a bit).
