I ran across jamcoretraining.com a while back, joined for free, and fell in love. I am currently a college student with no fitness club experience, and no money for a personal trainer. Jamcore made it easy and efficient for me by bringing workouts to me through my video ipod. With the video workouts at my fingertips I could watch them multiple times, get the workouts just right, while listening to the fundamental directions. Jamcore Personal Training gives me the freedom to come and go to the gym as I please, and not worry about a sweaty trainer breathing down my neck or pushing me too hard, too fast. This is a must try product and I recommend this to anyone looking into fitness or health. Thank you JamCore! (via Jamo Nezzar)
