A must have for any baker!

This great mat is made for rolling and kneading dough, sugar, and chocolate. It is made of fiberglass and each side of the mat has a different texture. One side (with the logo) is covered with non stick silicone, for easy cleanup. The other has a more rough texture so it will not slide around when you work. This mat would make a perfect addition to any gourmet kitchen!

I'm not so sure about this mat. I love to make pie crust, but I have never been able to keep it from sticking to this mat. I flour the surface as much as anything else I've ever used and still I have sticking problems. I have gone back to using a seasoned pastry cloth that I store in my freezer. Am I missing something about how to use this?
