Computer prices have been dropping for years, but it's still nicely shocking that you can buy a new computer for around $200! The Everex green PC runs linux (gOS is a version of Ubuntu) and comes with 512MB RAM, an 80GB hard drive, and a CD/RW+DVD-ROM combo drive.
While it's certainly not as powerful as machines you can get for $500 or more, this is still a great choice for people on a budget, as a backup computer, or as an easy way to check out linux without risking messing up your current computer. (via Matt Cutts)

Inexpensive, green and loaded with open source software, this computer looks like a real dream. I'm thinking about picking up an Everex Cloudbook when it comes out next week.
