This cap sleeved sequin mini dress is phenomenal! The boat neck is wide enough to splay evenly across your shoulders or off to the side for an off-the-shoulder look. I love the length and the cinching at the waist, this would be really cute with a black silk tie worn as a belt to add some dimension and not damage the dress. Very go getting.
