One of customers writes: This is a fabulous little scale. It's small, accurate, and a snap to use. The scale displays in pounds, ounces, or grams and it's very easy to adjust the unit of measure. The tare function is perfect for controlling portion size. Moreover, the scale is indispensable for achieving the exact measurements required for successful baking. When I bought the scale, I thought I'd use it only occasionally, but in fact I use it nearly every day. Not only is it useful, it's kind of fun!
