This bracelet helps you keep track of which days you are fertile using color-coded gemstones and works for those with cycles up to 32 days long (average cycle is 28 days). This fertility pattern bracelet has a cycle of up to 29 days. The first sodalite bead is the first day of your period. The blue agate beads (days 8 through 17) are your fertile days where you're more likely to get pregnant. A Swarovski crystal on the 14th day signifies the average day of ovulation. Next is a silver spacer followed by snow quartz beads which are the days when you're less likely to get pregnant again. This method works best with women who have regular cycles.
