I love my Sony PSP! I just flew cross country and added the PSP to my numerous gadgets. It was a great addition. The PSP is a beautiful gadget. The design is elegant and functional. The screen beats the quality of the screen any handheld device. The only game I have played so far is Katamari Demacy but that alone is worth it. I haven't played movies yet but the screen looks more than sufficient. I have seen numerous flight attendants using them on longhauls. It was simple to connect to my WiFi network at home and I could even browse the Web (although it is not really necessary or the best use of the PSP). I'm not a gamer and haven't played video games in at least a dozen years. The PSP will change that.

When it was first introduced, there was an initial lack of any games that really grabbed my attention. But recently a whole suite of fantastic games has been developed that make buying a PSP really worthwhile. And with built in wi-fi, mac syncability, and mp3-playing, there are plenty of other reasons as well.

If you are a busy, on the go person who loves to play video games, how often do you get time to sit down and play a video game? Not very often is the answer. If there was a way you could take a decent console with you everywhere you go... and maybe you can enjoy 45 minutes to an hour of game play. On a plane, or waiting for an appointment... Hm. Games like LocoRoco are making the idea of "casual gaming" come to life. If you have not seen that game, you must! Now! Leave your house, or office and go get it. Or fire-up your web browser and order it online. Don't have a PSP. Order one too!

Sony's PlayStation Portable is still making waves in the struggle for the handheld market. Plus, it can play movies, music, games, and browse the web. If you can get past the price, you'll find some addicting games and a useful little toy in your pocket

Playstation Portable is a great entertainment system on the go. It plays Music, Movies and great games. You don't have to watch the bad in-flight movies anymore! The recent price drop on Memory Stick cards makes PSP an even more attractive devise. The lack of an internal hard drive can be rectified by carrying a storage device (like the Hyperdrive mentioned above)

The PSP Is A Strong Handheld System With Many Possiblities.. It's Your One-Stop Media Device With Photo Viewing, Movies/Videos via Download Or UMD (universal media disk), Music (mp3's and other files), And Of Course, Gaming, Which Is On-Par With Some Console Games With Great Graphics And Some Games With Online Multiplayer (sometimes with voice chat, or otherwise, local wireless gameplay with other psp's around you, either with the game or not).. There's Many Games Of Different Genres That I Can Play (and can't wait to play), From Puzzles, Platformers, RPG's, 'n More.. And As A Podcast-Person, It's Good To Know That I Can Automatically Download Podcasts In A Bundle Every Day! That's More Fresh Content For My Earbuds Each Morning Commute! And With Future Peripherals (for the US sense) And Future PSP Updates, More Can Be Eventually Be Done, Which I Enjoy, Like Taking Picture And Videos, Or Even Maybe Video Chat.. Overall, I Love The PSP For It's Power Of Possibility..

This is great for entertainment for when you have a long trip. The screen is large so eyestrain is not a big deal. Games are top quality in terms of graphics, controls and sound. Can be used to access the internet at a Wi-Fi spot. It takes a little bit of effort to get used to the browser/controls while surfing the internet, but it is sufficient since this is mainly a gaming device. Firmware upgrades are available every few months. The latest one makes it easier to navigate through videos. It also lets you listen to music while looking at pictures.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas this year, so I asked what he had to say about it: I mean basically, i like it, it has good graphics, but the game designers need to put a little more thought into gameplay. The games I have tried are good, and technically impressive, but Nintendo's games are a bit more compelling. Also, there are far fewer good titles than on the DS. The DS has probably 50 really good games whereas the PSP probably has maybe 20 that are just good and 5 that are really good. But despite that its still worth having if you are into handheld gaming. Plus the non-game features like RSS, Internet Radio, and other media capabilities are far far superior to nearly every other handheld device out there.

The PSP is a great device to have not only for long road trips but if you use public transportation, it is definitely great to have that distraction. The games have awesome graphics and ability that I've never had in a portable game system, the UMD movies are high quality, and you can use it as an MP3 player if your iPod dies on you! There are also a lot of other great features that can be unlocked if you have the right tools such as WiFi Internet, taking pictures, and playing two player games with a friend that has a PSP. I definitely recommend it.

Absolutely a great little invention. Not only does it play games, and music, but you can connect to the internet, and watch movies. I do however, think some of the games are shorter versions of the ps3 games. However, it is great to make the time pass, in the car on a plane. I think if you are out in nature though leave this behind and just enjoy the scenery. Because this little gadget can become addicting to play with.
