Have you ever tried blind baking a pie crust or pastry crust for the first time with very little confidence? I've tried beans in the past but I sometimes find that I have an uneven crust (maybe it's my oven?!). These reusable and washable ceramic pie weights make it easier to avoid shrinking or bubbles in the crust.
