A's Do Mar Tonno (tuna) packed in olive oil is simply fantastic. Imported from Portugal via Italy, A's Do Mar's dolphin-safe (I think) tuna comes in large chunks or even fillets and has great firm texture. It has a delicate, non-fishy, slightly nutty taste and the olive oil used is very high quality.

I eat this tuna right out of the jar, usually w/a piece of multigrain toast and CIBO basil pesto sauce. Delicious!

While A's Do Mar definitely not the cheapest, it is super high quality and very tasty. Is great on a salad nicoise too. Tuna is a great protein source but don't it too often or you might have problems w/blood mercury levels. The oilive oil is good for you as it has lots of anti-inflammaotry properties which is great for reducing wear and tear on your body
