My issue with lip liners in the past has been that they're either too dry and end up looking too plastic or they're too creamy and my lipstick bleeds. MAC lip liners hold your lipstick in place and yet are creamy enough to blend in with the lipstick. My favorites are Chestnut (for dark brown shades), Mahogany (for reds and lighter browns) and Half-Red (for lighter colors). (via M*A*C)
